Vendor discovery and planner handoffs

Vendor results are a limited shortlist, not endorsements or guarantees of availability, cultural expertise or service quality. Ranking weighs rating and review count, with a small freshness adjustment only where review dates are supplied. Google review samples are not complete histories. Yelp search does not provide review dates. Search allowances apply and may change. Google Maps use is also subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service. Handoffs are snapshots of your planning information, not confirmed bookings. Review the included information before sharing; recipients may keep downloaded copies.

What ShaadiShop does

ShaadiShop helps adults organize wedding preparation, shopping and guest information. You remain responsible for decisions, bookings, purchases and checking details with your guests and suppliers. We do not book vendors or purchase items for you.

Your plan

Only upload information you have permission to use. Keep guest links within the audience you intend. Do not use the service for unsolicited messaging, illegal activity or attempts to access another person’s plan.

Wedding websites and invitations

Published wedding websites are accessible to anyone with the address. Only share photos and guest information you have permission to use. Household RSVP links let their holders view and update that household’s response. Invitations are shared by you; we do not automatically email guests. Unpublishing pauses RSVP access without deleting responses. Registry links lead to external providers; we do not sell gifts, collect payments or manage fulfillment.

Suggestions and external links

Starter plans and AI suggestions are planning aids, not verified cultural, travel, legal or financial advice. Traditions vary. Confirm current prices, delivery times, visa requirements and event details independently. External shops and services have their own terms.

Meher, your personal concierge

Meher is powered by AI. By submitting a request to Meher, you agree that your messages, current conversation, account display name, planning role and wedding details may be processed by our AI service providers to help you plan. The homepage conversation includes names or nicknames you choose to share. Checklist suggestions exclude the couple names field but include your question, locations, date, preparation budget, events, traditions and task titles. Avoid sharing personal or sensitive information. Review and edit suggestions before using them; Meher does not perform live vendor, shopping or travel research.

Usage allowances

The launch allowance for checklist suggestions is up to five requests per account per day. Public Meher conversations have separate limits of up to 40 messages per network per day and a shared allowance of 400 messages per day. Networks may be shared by multiple visitors. Failed attempts may count toward these limits. Allowances may change to maintain service availability. Future paid memberships may offer different allowances; any pricing and included usage will be shown before purchase.

Wedding websites support up to five registry links. A wedding can have up to 500 households, with up to 20 guests per household. Invitation links expire after 180 days and can be replaced; an optional deadline closes replies at the end of that day in UTC. RSVP submissions are limited to 20 per household per day to protect service availability.

Location suggestions use Google Maps and are subject to shared and per-network allowances. Suggestions may stop when an allowance is reached; manual location entry remains available. Google Maps’ Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply when you use its location services. A suggested city does not validate a venue address or guarantee vendor coverage.

Approved wedding communications

Enabling automatic assistance authorizes Meher to send each planning partner a daily summary of incomplete tasks due that day around 9 a.m. in your selected time zone, plus notifications when vendor follow-up drafts are ready. These use your saved account plan. You can pause automatic assistance; opt-outs still apply. Saving a changed task assignment with “Notify” selected authorizes a grouped assignment email to that connected partner or planner, independently of daily reminders. Local draft edits alone do not send messages. Vendor drafts require separate review and approval before sending. Review recipient, content and time before approving each manual message. Send only wedding-related messages that the recipient expects; do not use this service for unsolicited marketing. Either partner can cancel a queued message until sending begins. Messages are processed about every five minutes, not at a guaranteed exact time. Launch limits are 20 messages per wedding and 100 site-wide per UTC day. Messages can be delayed by limits or cancelled when recipient/access details change, a task is completed, or a scheduled message is over a day late. Uncertain email results are not retried automatically. Accepted by the email service does not mean inbox delivery. We do not monitor replies.

Downloaded invitations are snapshots. Changes to wedding details do not update downloaded cards. Replacing a household’s RSVP link makes old cards with that link unusable for RSVP; unpublishing the website also disables its RSVP pages. Verify card details before sharing.

Availability

The launch version may change and may experience interruptions. Export a backup of important plans. Any future paid offering will explain its price before you are charged.
